COVID-19 RESPONSE

Our showroom is OPEN to the public.

Curbside pick up & drop off is still available Tues - Sat 9:00 - 4:00.

Masks are no longer required but are appreciated if you do.

The workshop will continue to be closed to the public

General Operation

·         Masks are not required but appreciated in the showroom. We are happy to use a mask if you feel more comfortable, while we are assisting you.

·         Staff will stay home from work if showing any symptoms of Covid-19 while awaiting testing.

·         WE WILL MAINTAIN ONE ENTRANCE PER BUSINESS – this means there will not be public access into the workshop other than staff.

·         Hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance & throughout the showroom for staff and guest use.

·         Our online ordering system for delivery & curbside pick up will continue to operate for a preferred touchless option.

Showroom

·         Operating hours will be 8:30am-5:00pm / Closed Sunday & Monday (subject to change)

·         Any returns will be issued as a credit or an exchange only.

·         Hand sanitizer must be used before and after handling samples.

Deliveries & Installations

·         Delivery crew/installers will wear masks regardless.

·         Relocating your existing furniture will no longer be offered until further notice unless specific arrangements are made.

·         We request that you move any furnishings that may impede access to your windows before the installers arrive.

·         Payment will be arranged prior to install and your invoice will be emailed to you to maintain a touchless service.

In Home Quotations

·         Masks will be used by our salespersons if requested by homeowners.

Upholstery Projects / Boat Top Repairs

·         Please call ahead. There will be no “same day service”

·         Repairs can be brought into the showroom.
